Najbolj var\u010dne gospodinje so znale pripraviti \u010disto drobne \u0161trukeljce, in ustregle \u0161tevilnim gostom. Enkrat so bili orehovi, drugi\u010d rozinovi, ko je ozelenel drobnjak ali lukek pa drobnjakovi. Aprilska sla\u0161\u010dica tokrat prihaja iz Dobrepolja, recept so za vas pripravile Nada, Mateja in Beti Lunder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/zavod-parnas.org\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Drobnjakovi-strukeljcki-Nada-Lunder.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Drobnjakovi \u0161trukelj\u010dki<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>600 g moke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u00bd dcl mleka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd dcl olja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kvas Fala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 zvrhana \u017elica kisle smetane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 jajce in 3 rumenjaki<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60 g sladkorja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u017eli\u010dka soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u017elica ruma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 vanilin sladkor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadev:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 jajce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g sladkorja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>drobnjak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 jajce za premaz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mleko segrejemo (35 stopinj) in ga zlijemo v posodo me\u0161alca, dodamo presejano moko in vse ostale sestavine, razen olja. Me\u0161amo 5-7 minut, nato dodamo \u0161e olje in me\u0161amo \u0161e 10 minut. Po potrebi dodamo \u0161e malo moke, \u010de je testo premokro. Pokrijemo in pustimo vzhajati na toplem, da se koli\u010dina podvoji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medtem pripravimo sestavine za nadev. Jajce in sladkor zme\u0161amo v me\u0161alniku. Drobnjak nare\u017eemo. Ko testo vzhaja, ga na rahlo pomokanem prtu na tanko razvaljamo. Nama\u017eemo ga z me\u0161anico jajca in sladkorja ter posujemo z narezanim drobnjakom v \u0161irini 10\u201315 cm. Testo tesno zvijemo, odre\u017eemo od ostalega testa in nare\u017eemo \u0161trukelj\u010dke. Zlagamo jih v nama\u0161\u010den peka\u010d. Pokrite pustimo vzhajati na toplem mestu. Pred pe\u010denjem jih prema\u017eemo s stepenim jajcem.
