Pa lepe velikono\u010dne praznike vam \u017eelimo!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"\/images\/news\/zegen_prticek.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Za veliko no\u010d se blagoslovi tudi jedi. Dobrote, ki so jih napekle gospodinje v velikono\u010dnem \u010dasu, so bile namenjene za vsebino velikono\u010dnega \u017eegna, ki so ga nosile v ko\u0161arah ali jerbasih \u017eegnat v farno ali podru\u017eni\u010dno cerkev.<\/p>\n<p>Dekleta in \u017eene so preko temnej\u0161ih gvantov oblekle bele predpasnike, ki so se nadaljevali v \u017eivotec, z volan\u010dki na spodnjem robu. Rute so zavezale zadaj, na glavo namestile svitek, ki je bil za to prilo\u017enost obi\u010dajno bel in jerbas nesle na glavi.<\/p>\n<p>Jerbas je bil pokrit z belim prtom, na vrhu pa je bil vezen prti\u010dek s podobo jagneta. Jedi, ki so jih nesli \u017eegnat na veliko soboto, so po\u010dakale do velikono\u010dnega zajtrka, ob katerem se je po jutranji procesiji zbrala vsa dru\u017eina.<\/p>\n<p>Miza je bila pogrnjena z belim prtom, v sredini kola\u010da je bil name\u0161\u010den bogec , namizni kri\u017e. \u017degen je bil narezan na velikem lesenem kro\u017eniku, vsak otrok pa je dobil na mizo tudi kola\u010dek z neolupljenim pirhom. \u017degen se je jedlo z rokami.<\/p>\n<p>Skoraj vsaka v vas v okolici Velikih La\u0161\u010d pripravlja \u017eegen malo druga\u010de, tradicija pa se je me\u0161ala tudi glede na to, od kod je pri\u0161la tamlada k hi\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"\/images\/news\/zegen_sunka.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"left\" \/><b>\u0160UNKA<\/b><br \/>\n\u0160unka mora biti pisana, z nekaj ma\u0161\u010dobe. Narezali so jo na velike tanj\u0161e kose. Za velikono\u010dni zajtrk so jo razporedili na lesen kro\u017enik, dodali na \u010detrtine narezane pirhe, na kole\u0161\u010dke narezane \u017eelod\u010dke in vse skupaj posuli z nastrganim hrenom.<\/p>\n<p><b>PIRHI<\/b><br \/>\nJajca so skuhali v \u010debulnem listju, da so dobila lepo rjavo barvo. Kuhana so nato pomazali s svinjsko &#8220;ko\u017eico&#8221;, da so se lepo svetila. V \u017eegen so obvezno dodali tudi rde\u010de pirhe, ki so jih obarvali s krep papirjem. Tudi v velikola\u0161ki okolici so poznali obi\u010daj sekanja pirhov.<\/p>\n<p><b>HREN<\/b><br \/>\nHren predstavlja Kristusove solze (ko ga ribamo je oster in pogosto izvabi solze). Hren so nastrgali z no\u017eem na tanke listi\u010de, drugod so ga naribali in kar povprek posuli po \u017eegnu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"\/images\/news\/zegen_kolac.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"left\" \/><br \/>\n<b>KOLA\u010c <\/b> (levo)<br \/>\nKola\u010d predstavlja Kristusovo krono. Z mlekom in jajci so zamesili bolj\u0161e testo. Spekli so ga v kola\u010du, posodi z luknjo na sredini in rebrastim obodom, lahko tudi v posodi za cvretje masti, v sredino pa namestili kozarec s fi\u017eolom. Za velikono\u010dni zajtrk so kola\u010d polo\u017eili na mizo in v sredino namestili bogca, namizni kri\u017e. Otroci so pokleknili in molili, o\u010de pa je kola\u010d razrezal. Otroci so po\u010dakali, da so dobili vsak svoj kos, nato pa dvignili kruh nad glavo in glasno govorili: &#8220;Da bi vsaj toliko zrasel do drugega leta, kot je velik ta kos.&#8221; K \u017eegnu so nesli tudi hostijo, ki so si jo razdelili in jo pojedli pred velikono\u010dnim zajtrkom.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"\/images\/news\/zegen_kolacek.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"right\" \/><br \/>\n<b>KOLA\u010cEK<\/b> (desno)<br \/>\nIzdelani so iz bolj\u0161ega testa. Gospodinja je popletla kite in jih oblikovala v obro\u010de. Kola\u010dkov je bilo najmanj toliko, kot je bilo otrok pri hi\u0161i, ob velikono\u010dnem zajtrku je vsak dobil svoj kola\u010dek s pirhom. Kola\u010dki so bili namenjeni tudi drugim, otroci so jih kot darilo prejeli od krstnih botrov.<\/p>\n<p><b>POTICA<\/b><br \/>\nZa veliko no\u010d so gospodinje spekle navadno orehovo potico. Zamesile so bolj\u0161e testo, nadev pa sestavile iz mletih orehov, jajc, masla, namesto ruma so dodale \u017eganje.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"\/images\/news\/zegen_potica.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>RECEPTI ZA \u017dELOD\u010cKE (ponekod \u017dELODCE, AJDOVE \u0160TRUKELJCE)<\/b><br \/>\nPo nekaterih virih so \u017eelod\u010dki simbol stradanja Kristusa na kri\u017eu. Rozine v njih predstavljajo grehe vernikov.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u017delod\u010dki (1), <\/b>okolica Velikih La\u0161\u010d<br \/>\nV ajdovo moko zame\u0161amo na drobno narezane ko\u0161\u010dke kuhanega suhega mesa, ko\u0161\u010dke fig in rozine. Z vodo, v kateri se je kuhala \u0161unka, moko poparimo. Ko se malo ohladi, zamesimo mehko testo (\u010de je preve\u010d vode, lahko dodamo nekaj bele moke). Z \u017elico polagamo testo na pomokan prti\u010dek in povaljamo v obliko svaljka. \u017delod\u010dke kuhamo v vreli slani vodi 20 minut. Kuhane poberemo prelijemo z mrzlo vodo.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"\/images\/news\/zegen_zelodcki.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>\u017delod\u010dki (2), <\/b>okolica Velikih La\u0161\u010d<br \/>\nS \u0161unkino vodo poparimo ajdovo moko. Ko se zmes ohladi, dodamo belo moko, pognetemo testo in ga razdelimo na tri dele. V en del zamesimo ko\u0161\u010dke \u0161unkinega mesa, v drugi del ko\u0161\u010dke suhih fig, v tretji del rozine. \u017delod\u010dke oblikujemo v obliko svaljkov in jih kuhamo v \u0161unkini juhi z dodatkom vode pribli\u017eno 20 minut. Prelijemo jih s hladno vodo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pe\u010deni \u017eelod\u010dki,<\/b> okolica Ribnice, Slemena (Slava Petri\u010d)<br \/>\nS \u0161unkino vodo poparimo ajdovo moko in pognetemo z belo, V zmes dodamo ko\u0161\u010dke \u0161unke, rozin in fige. Maso zavijemo v razvaljano bolj\u0161e belo testo, oblikujemo majhne \u017eelod\u010dke in jih spe\u010demo v pe\u010dici.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\"
